JOB SUMMARY
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in branding initiatives.
- Compile all organizational communications materials, policies, and procedures for evaluation.
- Research as directed by industry best practices in branding and communications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to communication initiatives.
- Support the team communications production tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, taking feedback and integrating it into deliverables.
- Stay informed on industry trends to continuously improve skills and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- Support other miscellaneous tasks as needed, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong creativity skills, with a keen eye for details, aesthetics, and media production.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and continuously improve.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regularly moves and positions objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally exposed to viruses and infectious conditions.
- Constantly alert and observant during working hours.
- Will not supervise.
- Represent Evergreen in public in a fashion that would reflect the credibility and professionalism of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently on assignments and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Aptitude to learn other software programs as required for this position.
- Must have a good driving record that meets the minimum requirements for Evergreen and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes all shifts, including nights, days, and weekends.
- May be required to work in a variety of settings and environments, both indoors and outdoors.
